WIL 2219 – On a Med Cruise

Geoff sat on the boat in Limasol, Cyprus waiting to leave for Pireus, Greece, via Hefa, Israel!
Nice Pair!!
These 2 old girls were spotted in Limassol dock by Mr G Tarbun on a recent tour of the Med. They are still in use as dock shunters, look in fairly good nic except for the bumper on the closer one!
Nice one Geoff
Off to Scandinavia for Easter
Matt O last week on Good Friday, just about to leave for Immingham. He sailed on Saturday morning Immingham to Gothenberg. Drove round to Stavanger, Norway for Delivery first thing Tuesday. He then ran empty across to Kristineham, Sweden to reload Wednesday morning. Back to Gothenberg for Wednesday evening for ship back to Immingham and back to our yard this morning. Nice little weeks work and avoided the easter egg hunts and family photos i had to endure over the weekend!!
From This………….
A tidy but but well worked V8 i’m sure. Looks in good nick in this picture. Recently up for sale with Roy Humphrey commercials. I like to follow a trucks life, to see where it goes next i mean! Photo is property of Donnell & Ellis.

Mitchells 814 was always in the back of my mind when i had the Atego painted up. Then one afternoon at Alconbury who did i park next to…. Should have sent this one to Truck & Driver and got me tenner. Still wish i had kept the Atego some how, it was a great little truck.
Essex International
Nice picture of Essex picking up a new step-frame tilt, from Tiltec back in the day. I wonder where tractor and trailer are now…………. Why is it no matter how hard you try you just cant find things like this laying about rusting in fields or sheds any more!
Email me ben@truckblog.co.uk with any recent finds.
